Effective date: March 18, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Settly application and website (collectively, the “Service”) operated by IP Smirennikov Evgenii, registration number 404538366, located at Petre Kavtaradze St. 1, Saburtalo, Tbilisi, Georgia (“Settly”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
Settly is a financial assistant for Individual Entrepreneurs (IEs) in Georgia operating under the 1% small business tax regime. The Service is provided as a Telegram Mini App and includes:
To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid Telegram account. Certain features require an active Individual Entrepreneur registration in Georgia and a connected RS.GE tax cabinet.
You access the Service through your Telegram account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account and for all activity that occurs under it.
By connecting your RS.GE tax cabinet, you authorize Settly to access your RS.GE account through a sub-user created by you. This sub-user access is used exclusively for tax declaration preparation and filing — nothing else. Settly does not store your RS.GE login credentials.
You acknowledge and agree that by using the auto-declaration service, Settly will:
Settly offers a free tier with basic income tracking and manual declaration management. Premium features, including automatic declaration filing, are available through paid subscriptions.
Subscription plans:
Payments are processed through Telegram’s built-in payment system. Subscriptions do not auto-renew — each purchase is a one-time payment for the selected period.
Settly provides assistance with IE registration, residence permit, and work permit applications. These are one-time services with separate pricing. Service requests are processed by our team, and timelines are provided as estimates, not guarantees.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the income data you enter into the Service. Settly calculates the 1% tax based on the information you provide and converts foreign currency amounts to GEL using official National Bank of Georgia (NBG) exchange rates on the date of each transaction.
Settly is not a tax advisor, accountant, or legal consultant. The Service automates the mechanical process of filling and submitting declarations — it does not provide tax planning, optimization, or legal advice. You remain fully responsible for your tax obligations under Georgian law, including the correctness of reported income.
Active subscribers with auto-declaration filing are covered by Settly’s fine protection. If a declaration is missed due to a Settly error, we will compensate the resulting fine. This does not cover fines caused by incorrect data provided by the user or circumstances outside our control.
All content, design, code, and branding of the Service are owned by Settly and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by Georgian law, Settly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via Telegram. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
If you have questions about these Terms, please contact us at support@settly.ge or via Telegram at @lana_manager_ge.
