We want you to be satisfied with Settly. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for subscriptions and services purchased through the Settly application.
Full refund — within 3 days of purchase, if no declarations have been submitted during the subscription period.
Partial refund — if fewer than half of the paid declarations have been used, we will refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis.
No refund — if more than half of the paid declarations have been submitted, or if the subscription period has ended.
Full refund — if we have not yet started processing your request. Once document preparation has begun, a refund is no longer available.
Partial refund — at our discretion, if the registration cannot be completed due to circumstances on our side.

Refunds are not available if the application is denied by Georgian authorities for reasons outside Settly’s control (incomplete applicant documents, ineligibility, etc.).

Please include your Telegram username and a brief description of the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days. Refunds are issued through the original payment method (Telegram Stars or the payment provider used at purchase). Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
If a tax fine was incurred due to a Settly error during your active subscription, contact support with documentation of the fine. We will review the claim and compensate the fine amount if the error was on our side. This does not apply to fines caused by incorrect data provided by the user.
